No, this will be an in-person event only.

How do I collect my ticket if I registered online?

Tickets will be emailed to your registered email address from noreply@eventbrite.com upon successful payment. To access the event, patrons will need to show the QR code on their ticket – no need to print this, we can scan it from your smart phone.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Unfortunately, no. To manage catering ticket sales will end 11:59PM (AEDT) Thursday 7 November 2024. All patrons wishing to attend must purchase a ticket prior to the deadline.

Is the event wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Jones ay Wharf is fitted with lifts and accessible ramps. If you require assistance on arrival, please contact the APCO team prior to the event 02 8381 3700, and we will organise for a team member to meet you at the reception area.

I'm not an APCO Member, can I still attend?

Yes, we’ve opened the event up to the whole packaging industry and encourage everyone to attend.

Unable to attend?

If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no additional charge. It is not possible to transfer a ticket from one account to another. Instead, you can edit your order information to put your ticket under someone else’s name and email address.

Cancel my ticket

All cancellations must be advised in writing to APCO apco@apco.org.au. Cancellations dated on or before business close Thursday 7 November 2024 will incur a cancellation fee of $50.
