Welcome to the registration page for Sydney and Newcastle hub visits from January 16-19, 2023.
Please read the instructions below carefully before selecting your visits
*Please note that some visits may require proof of vaccination for you to attend. This is listed at the top of the visit description.*
Step 1
Check the timetable and visit descriptions via this link: Sydney and Newcastle Hub Details. You can use this document to plan which visits you would like to attend.
When selecting your visits please be aware of the following:
- Carefully check the timings of your preferred visits and locations to ensure that you have enough time to travel between visit locations.
- The number of tickets available for each session is indicated. Individual visits will have a maximum number of attendees. Once this number is reached you will not be able to select this visit.
- Some visits have a minimum number of attendees that must be reached for them to run. If this number is not reached, activities may not go ahead.
Step 2
- Click the 'Reserve a spot' button found above to proceed with your registration.
- Select the days you would like to attend visits. Your selections will build in the summary pane on the right side of your screen. Some tickets will be for all-day visits and others will group shorter visits on specific days.
- Once you click the 'Register' button you will be directed to the checkout page to enter your contact details and select the specific visits you wish to attend. Ensure that you enter your name and email address that matches your application records for the 2023 NYSF Year 12 Program.
Step 3
Once you are happy with your selection of visits, click on the ‘Register’ button at the bottom of the checkout page to confirm.
You will be sent an email confirmation from Eventbrite with the tickets attached. The individual visit details you booked are contained in the 'Event/Ticket Information' sections on both the printed and PDF versions. You will not need these tickets to attend visits but make sure you keep your confirmation email. Please contact us if your confirmation email does not arrive.
