Will you offer transport to get to and from the event?

Accepted Answer

This year we will only be offering transport to those who have significant mobility issues. We will assess this through a phone interview. If you feel you qualify, please contact us to arrange and assessment. For everyone else, Frankston has amazing public transport services available Christmas day.

Question 2

I am volunteering, Do I need a ticket?

Accepted Answer

No. We will have you automatically registered. Tickets are only for guests, who require a seat for the whole event.

Question 3

I may not be able to come, can I still receive a gift?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, for various reasons,  we are only able to provide a small gift to those who are attending on the day.

Question 4

Do I need a ticket to attend?

Accepted Answer

Yes you will require a ticket to attend. We need to take account of numbers through this ticketing system so that we can cater accordingly.

Question 5

Can I bring a group of people, or come if I have other options?

Accepted Answer

Please be mindful that this event is for those who are disadvantaged, have no family, or have no where else to go on Christmas Day. We encourage those who are in groups, who have other invitations or have the capacity to host their own lunch to do so if that's possible.

Question 6

Is there parking available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there will be parking under the Frankston Arts Center building, however you will be charged. Frankston also has parking for free on public days around the city.
