The Mintaro Progress Association will host the 2022 Clare Valley Festival of the Lamb Launch with a 2 course dinner and key note speakers.
Enjoy a lamb inspired dinner created by visiting guest Chef Snorri Sigfússon (Iceland) and Chef Luke Smith from Reillys Wines Cellar Door and Restaurant in Mintaro + glass of Reillys wine on entry.
Alistair Michael from Leachim Stud and Hummocks Station will speak about the latest innovations in the sheep industry and Chef Snorri Sigfússon will provide information about Iceland and their love of lamb.
Reillys wines will be available for sale and there are limited seats.
Chef Snorri Sigfússon is an Icelandic chef and restaurateur with years of experience in the fine dining scene in Iceland. He is classically French trained and his background is New Nordic Cuisine. Chef Snorri has worked in many of the best restaurants in Reykjavík as well as opening three restaurants. The latest, Monkeys, opened in October 2021 and it has already received several local and international rewards.
