The 3-Minute Thesis (3MT) Competition is an annual competition that challenges PhD Candidates to 'pitch' their research in just three minutes for a non-specialist audience.
This year, the 11 schools and institutes in the Faculty of Medicine will put forward their best candidates to compete in the virtual Faculty Final. The final will be judged as a live event, with and announcement of the top 2 prizes at the end. Furthermore, audience on the day can participate in the live poll to determine the winner of People's Choice Prize!
The three winners will be awarded the following cash prizes respectively and represent Faculty of Medicine at the UNSW 3MT Final in September!
1st Prize - $500
2nd Prize - $300
People's Choice Prize - $200
