Anthea Rodoreda and Andrew Tilley have developed a unique dessert product utilising West Australian second grade produce. Developed while studying in Curtin University's Food Science and Technology undergraduate course, the premium product will be a first in the Australian market. The product is vegan friendly, allergen free and healthy.
The Curtin Accelerate Program provided each team with $5,000 in grant funding as well as structured mentoring, networking and practical advice on establishing and growing a successful start-up business.
