Our parents and bubs classes are a great opportunity to meet other local family's, and to find some time to spend on yourself. Our 45 minute classes have been designed for all fitness levels, particularly for beginners and people getting back into fitness. Run by a qualified Pregnancy and Post Natal exercise professional, you can have piece of mind that all exercises are safe for women recovering from birth.
