• Understand the different ways to remove aromatic compounds from plants (solent extraction vs. steam distillation vs. cold pressing)
• Learn which flowers/resins are critical components of perfumery
• Sample a large number of pure essential oils, absolutes & resins
• Learn about perfume notes & what they mean within a finished fragrance
• Understand how natural perfumery is different from lab-made or nature-identical molecules
• Make 1 x 10mL rollerball natural perfume with a jojoba oil base
