The Patch Hall

Soma Soul Circle — Community Gathering Sunday 4 OCT - 11am – 2pm |THE PATCH HALLSomething shifts when you walk into this room. You can feel it before anything has even begun. These gatherings have been the heartbeat of Soma Kallista for four years. A beautiful, devoted group of local hearts who come together to experience something that is genuinely hard to find anywhere else. Connection. Friendship. The feeling of being held in a room full of people who get it.If you have been curious, you are welcome here. What This Circle IsAt the heart of Soma Soul Circle is Spinal Energetics, a profound body-based practice that works with the intelligence of the spine and nervous system to bring you home to yourself. Layered through it is conscious breath and sound alchemy, woven in to deepen awareness and open the body to what it already knows. We open with blue lotus tea to set the tone with real intention. What unfolds from there is always its own thing. This is not a performance space. There is nothing to get right. You arrive, you breathe, and you let something in you begin to move.Who This Is ForThis circle is open to anyone who feels called. Whether you have been coming for years or this is your first time in a space like this, you are welcome. Some experience with body awareness, somatic practice, breathwork, energy work, or spiritual exploration is helpful but not required. If you are comfortable being in your body and open to what arises, you belong here.New To This World? If you are completely new to energy work or spiritual embodiment, our Embodied Entry experience was created as a gentle, supported introduction. It covers what energy actually is, how your nervous system participates, and how to begin connecting with your body safely and confidently.Soma Soul Circles often become the next natural step from there.Embodied Entry tickets: https://www.eventbrite.com.au/o/soma-kallista-15738848094What To BringYourself.
