What the program involves
The program is made up of two three-hour workshops held a few days apart. You’ll take part in:
- an education session led by a trained facilitator
- a beginner-friendly physical activity designed to lift your mood
- practical tools to help you stay motivated and overcome barriers
- a personalised plan for building exercise into your daily life.
You’ll finish the program feeling more confident, more capable, and ready to use movement as a tool for your wellbeing – one small step at a time.
Cost
A nominal fee of $20 for the program helps secure your place and supports running costs.

Fill out your DASS-21 form before you attend
After registering, you will receive a link to fill out a short online DASS-21 wellbeing questionnaire.
This helps us confirm the program is right for you and provides a mental health baseline to help track your progress.
