Begin with festive arrival canapés before enjoying Mooloolaba king prawns, Moreton Bay bugs, freshly shucked oysters and a selection of premium hot dishes.

For younger guests, there's a dedicated entertainment space with face painting, festive activities, gifts and a special visit from Santa. Children are welcome to enjoy the entire Christmas buffet, with additional familiar favourites available.

A specially curated Christmas soundtrack will set the scene throughout the afternoon.

SEATING ARRANGEMENTS

Christmas Day is a shared family celebration held in our fully themed Grand Ballroom, with seating arranged at round tables accommodating 10 guests.

Bookings of fewer than nine guests may be seated with other attendees at the same table.

Bookings of nine or more guests will be seated together at their own table where possible. Larger groups may be allocated adjacent tables depending on final room configurations.

If you are booking separately from friends or family and would like to sit together, please contact our team through Pullman Brisbane King George Square. Seating requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

2. Cancellation requests received on or before 15 November 2026 are eligible for a refund of the ticket price, excluding Eventbrite fees.
3. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after 15 November 2026.
4. This event is offered as a fixed-price package. Individual components cannot be removed, exchanged or discounted.
5. The three-hour beverage package applies only during the advertised event time.
6. Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 years and over. Responsible service of alcohol requirements apply.
