2-hour online workshop to practically plan how you'll build yourself up

Stop Trying to Improve Everything at Once

Every weightlifter wants to improve.

But training harder doesn’t always produce better results, especially when your time and energy are being spent on the wrong things.

The challenge isn’t finding something you could improve. It’s identifying what will make the biggest difference to your performance right now.

This interactive, two-hour online workshop will help you identify the factors currently limiting your progress, decide what deserves your attention, and build a practical priority plan for the next phase of your development.

Instead of trying to fix every weakness at once, you’ll leave knowing:

  • What matters most right now to you specifically
  • What can wait
  • Where to invest your limited time and energy
  • How to turn your priorities into everyday decisions and actions

Whether you’re feeling stuck in your training, dealing with an injury, or planning your long-term development, this workshop will help you move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

Goals Tell You Where to Go, Not What to Do Next

Most athletes set outcome goals:

  • Snatch 100 kg
  • Qualify for Nationals
  • Win a medal
  • Reach a particular total

These goals can provide direction, but they don’t tell you what to work on tomorrow.

Without clear answers, it’s easy to spread your effort across too many areas, change direction whenever a new idea appears, or work hard on something that has little effect on your results.

This workshop will give you a structured, evidence-informed process for making those decisions.

You won’t receive a generic list of what every lifter “should” improve. You’ll use practical coaching frameworks and interactive exercises to identify the priorities that make sense for you.

Who Is This Workshop For?

This workshop is designed for:

  • lifters of any experience level
  • Lifters who train consistently but feel stuck
  • Athletes overwhelmed by too many weaknesses or competing priorities
  • Lifters who frequently change programs, goals or areas of focus
  • Coaches who want an effective framework for helping athletes prioritise
  • Anyone who wants more direction and purpose in their training

You don’t need to be an advanced or competitive lifter. You only need to be willing to think honestly about your development and make deliberate choices about what comes next.

You’ll Leave With

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have:

✓ A personalised list of your highest lifting priorities

✓ A practical roadmap for the coming weeks and months

✓ A clearer connection between your long-term goals and daily actions

✓ Greater confidence about what to focus on, and what to ignore

This isn’t simply a workshop about setting better goals.

It’s about deciding what deserves your attention and turning that decision into action.

Interactive Exercises and Live Q&A

This is an interactive workshop, not just a two-hour lecture.

You’ll work through practical exercises designed to help you evaluate your current situation, compare possible priorities, and create your own action plan.
