The session will explore the evidence-based benefits of strength training for women, including supporting muscle strength, bone health, functional capacity, healthy ageing and overall wellbeing. Our seminar will cover best-practice approaches to strength training, including how often to train, exercise selection, training intensity, progression and technique, as well as how strength training can be adapted to support women through different stages of life. Whether you are new to strength training or already incorporating resistance exercise into your routine, this session will provide practical, evidence-based information to help you better understand what works, why it works and how to apply it. Come along, learn more and feel confident about building strength for life.
