About this Workshop

This workshop examines what it means to be a leader in today’s modern workplace.
Participants will come away from this workshop knowing themselves and their leadership impact. They will explore practical tools and strategies for building their emotional intelligence and adapting their communication style to suit the needs of their team.

Learning Outcomes

• Articulate their current and ideal Leadership Shadow.
• Create strategies to build their ideal Leadership Shadow.·Recognise their preferred communication style.·
• Adapt their communication style to have more impactful conversations.·Understand the importance of emotional intelligence (EI) in leadership.
• Apply EI concepts to deepen self-awareness and adapt behaviours to lead with greater impact.
• Identify personal motivation drivers, purpose, and leadership aspirations.
