Ever spotted a sea turtle along the Gold Coast and wondered who they are? You can help us find out! 💚 Every sea turtle has a unique pattern of facial scales and shell markings. By using these features to identify individual turtles, we can build profiles and learn more about where they go, where they feed, and how they interact with human activity. During this free online webinar, you’ll discover:🐢 How the Turtle ID Project works📸 How your turtle photos can contribute to conservation research🔎 What we’re discovering about Gold Coast sea turtles🌿 How you can get involved safely and responsibly💚 How community observations can help us better understand and protect local turtles You don’t need to be a turtle expert to get involved.
