What should I bring to the session?

Please bring a mat to sit or lie comfortably, a water bottle to stay hydrated, a pillow or cushion for added comfort, and anything else that helps you feel relaxed. An open heart ready to receive healing is all you truly need. A blanket is optional.

What if I arrive late?
