Question 1

What's the age range and demographic?

Accepted Answer

Book club is suited to adults in their 20s - 40s and we tend to fall into the middle age range. We are majority femme but men are also welcome!

Question 2

Do I need to finish the book to attend?

Accepted Answer

We definitely prefer if you've finished the book - or most of it at least! We'll be discussing the plot, characters and resolution in depth, so it's best if you can contribute too. We encourage consuming the book whoever you can - audiobooks are a great way if you're running out of time!

Question 3

Is it okay to come alone?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Most people attend solo. It's a friendly, welcoming space and you'll have plenty to chat about.

Question 4

What if I booked a ticket but can no longer attend?

Accepted Answer

We tend to have a waitlist, so the earlier you let us know, the better. If your spot can be filled and you cancel in advance, a refund may be issued. We hate seeing empty seats at the table so please do get in touch if you can no longer join us.
