The Regulated Nurse - on-demand Session

Sue-Ellen from Spiritual Essence

FREE on-demand session for nurses: spot burnout early, calm your nervous system, and keep giving safe, steady patient care.

Recognise burnout before it costs you - A free on-demand session for nurses. You would never send a patient home with out a full assessment. So when did you last assess yourself? After 30 years as a Registered Nurse, I`ve experienced burnout first hand, and watched it move through colleagues and entire wards, with health organisations, only stepping in once the damage was already done. This session is built from that experience, and from the growing body of research linking nurse burnout diirectly to patient care safety: more errors, more falls, more infrctions, and lower patient satisfaction, all connected to how depleted the nurse providing care actually is. This is not another talk telling you to Practice more self care. It is a structured honest look at what burnout actually looks like in your body and in your work., followed by a real guided practice to help calm your nervous system, not just information about doing it. In this on-demand session, you`ll:Learn what the research says about the link between nurse wellbeing and patient outcomes.Get a simple way to recognise your own early signs of burnout, using the same assessment thinking you already use on patients.Be guided though a practice to help regulate your nervous system, so you leave with something to actually use on your next shift. Fully on-demand, register once and watch whenever suits your roster, no live attendance required. Free for every nurse who register, whether you are new here or you have been part of this community for a while.Register below to get instant access to the recording.
