Anything you fell comfortable in! Please bring knee pads. If you don't have knee pads then cut up some socks or bring a towel/yoga mat that you can kneel on

I have created a safe judgement free space for you to come and learn how to connect with your hips and body! Feeling nervous is so natural but I bet these nerves will leave once we start getting into it.

But I have never twerked before?

NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. I will teach you everything you need to know.
