Soulful Saturday: A Monthly Sanctuary for Restoration In our fast-paced world, we invite you to pause and gift yourself this sacred afternoon of deep restoration. Soulful Saturday is a monthly offering designed to help you slow down, retreat from the external demands of daily life, and reconnect with your inner sanctuary. Your Journey Includes: Cacao Ceremony - We begin by opening the heart space with a ceremonial cacao ritual, creating connection and setting intention for our time together. Restorative Breathwork with Jo Kinna (Beyond the Wave) - Allow yourself to drop out of the external world as you're guided through gentle breathwork practices that invite you deeper into your own inner landscape. Yoga Nidra Meditation - Experience the profound rest of yogic sleep, a guided meditation that brings you into complete awareness while the body finds deep restoration. Closing Circle - Our afternoon concludes with nourishing herbal tea and wholesome treats as we gather in reflection and gratitude, honoring the sacred space we've created together. This is your invitation to step away from the noise, to remember the art of simply being, and to nurture the parts of yourself that rarely receive attention. Come as you are, leave renewed. Reserve your space in this monthly sanctuary.
