Question 1

What is the age range for the children tickets?

Accepted Answer

2 -12 years old

Question 2

Can I board the next available cruise if I miss my scheduled one?

Accepted Answer

Yes, your ticket can be used for any advertised cruise time on the festival days - July 3rd, 4th, or 5th. If you miss the 6:15pm, you’re welcome to join a later session like the 7:00pm. However, please note that availability isn’t guaranteed as cruises may fill up quickly.

Question 3

Where are you located ?

Accepted Answer

We’re located right opposite Marvel Stadium, and the boat will depart from Yananong Landing - next to the ‘Cow Up a Tree’ sculpture. Our friendly staff will be easy to spot in Melbourne River Cruises jackets, and there will be a table set up under a blue umbrella marked 'Melbourne River Cruises'.

Question 4

On the day do you accept cash, or is it card only?

Accepted Answer

We accept EFTPOS and credit card payments only. As we operate outdoors with a temporary setup, we’re unable to accept cash due to limited access to change.

Question 5

Can I bring my own food and drinks from nearby?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you're welcome to bring food from the nearby food trucks. We do serve drinks on board and are fully licensed, so you can enjoy a glass of wine, a cold beer, or even a whisky shot while cruising with us. Just ensure to clean up after yourself and take any leftovers with you when you disembark.
