Ready to turbo charge your lifting? Join our online event where we'll dive into evidence-based, effective goal setting tailored just for you. Instead of setting the numbers and praying for them to materialize, set up a personal plan on how to get there. This session will give you the tools tested in scientific studies to create a personalized process that will give you the best shot at achieving the progress you want.

Alex Macznik, PhD is a weightlifting coach, researcher, and the founder of Evidence Strong, a platform dedicated to translating sports science into practical coaching insights for Olympic weightlifting and strength sport professionals.

With a PhD background and years of experience analyzing and communicating research in weightlifting and sports science, Alex helps coaches and lifters cut through misinformation and focus on what actually matters.

Alex’s goal with this webinar is simple: to help Olympic lifters and coaches work through what is the most important in Olympic weightlifting for them, how and when to work on what.
