An intimate, high-energy private club experience in Central Queensland’s iconic polo event.

The Polo Club is designed for guests who love food, fashion, and polo. Positioned between the VIP Marquee and Polo Lounge, it offers a prime viewing spot while enjoying a 5-hour premium food and beverage package in a sophisticated, social atmosphere. POLO LOUNGE – Casual Polo & After Party

The social, high-energy way to enjoy Pop-Up Polo in Rockhampton.

Meet star players and other Australian polo professionals in the casual 'beer garden' setting of the Polo Lounge. In this marquee you can enjoy the polo, and revel in a relaxed environment to the tunes of your very own DJ throughout the day. When the after party kicks off at 5pm, you’re right where you need to be when DJ headliner jumps on the decks to take the party to the next level.

Individual tickets entitle the holder to entry, additional entertainment such as 'Fashions on the Field', the chance to win door prizes and the official Pop-Up Polo After Party.

Substantial food and snacks will be available at the bar, together with your favourite beers, wines, spirits and other select beverages (including non-alcoholic).

AFTER PARTY – Keep the Celebration Going

The ultimate end to a day at Rockhampton's Pop-Up Polo.

Once the polo action concludes, the After Party kicks off in the Polo Lounge, directly following the trophy presentation. Dance, mingle, and continue the festivities with friends in Central Queensland’s premier polo social event.

Event Entry and Tickets

Please make sure you download the Eventbrite app to access you tickets and have your ticket ready to be scanned at the entry to the event. Alternativly you can access a PDF version of your ticket by logging into your Eventbrite account.

Changes to Events

In the event of a change in QLD Government health advice and subsequent change in venue capacity restrictions, we may need to cancel and refund a portion of purchased tickets. If this occurs, we will cancel the most recently purchased tickets first. Earlier purchases will take precedence. We recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

We will endeavour to inform you of any changes to events you have purchased tickets for as soon as possible - please ensure your contact details are current and accurate.

Exchanges, Credits and Refunds

No Refunds: All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to, change in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Ticket Transfers: While tickets are non-refundable, we understand that plans may change. Therefore, ticket holders are welcome to transfer their tickets to another individual if they are no longer able to attend the event. This transfer process can be facilitated through Tixel, our official ticket resale partner.
• Resale through Tixel: We have partnered with Tixel to provide a secure and hassle-free platform for ticket resale. Ticket holders who wish to resell their tickets can list them on Tixel's platform at face value or below. Tixel ensures that all transactions are safe and legitimate, providing peace of mind to both buyers and sellers.
• Responsibility of Ticket Transfer: It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to manage the transfer process through Tixel. Pop-Up Polo and its organizers are not responsible for any issues arising from the ticket transfer process.
• No Guarantees on Resale: While Tixel provides a platform for ticket resale, we cannot guarantee that tickets will be successfully resold. The resale of tickets is subject to demand and availability, and we encourage ticket holders to list their tickets as early as possible to maximize their chances of resale.
