Sacred Bloodlines Women’s Rewilding and Remembering Retreat 20256Rewild · Rebirth · Remember

Mystery Bay, NSW | 29 May – 1 June 2026

Every woman carries the stories of those who came before her — the Blessings, the wounds, the patterns that run through our blood and our bones. Sacred Bloodlines is an intimate, immersive retreat where we gather in the ancient tradition of women circling together — to honour, heal, and transform our ancestral inheritance so we can walk more freely into the future.

This is not about living in the past. It’s about remembering who you are beneath the habits, the busyness, and the expectations… and giving yourself the space to hear your own truth again.

This retreat is also a deep invitation of remembering, and REWILDING back to our bodily instincts, our deep inner knowing and the interectedness of body and Spirit, that is our truest wildest nature.

Over four days in the wild beauty of Mystery Bay, you’ll be guided through sacred rituals, shamanic healing, dance, family constellation processes and nature-immersion practices to:

  • Release inherited patterns that no longer serve you
  • Keep the love and wisdom of your lineage alive within you
  • Remember more of your deep, Wild, Interconnectedness with Nature as a platform for self knowing and power
  • learn feminine presence and sensual embodiment practices
  • Reconnect to your own pleasure, power, and sovereignty
  • Receive the deep restoration that comes from time in nature and circle.

Each Sacred Bloodlines retreat is a unique, living journey — shaped by the season, the land, and the women who gather. No two are ever the same. Even if you’ve attended before, you’ll find yourself travelling entirely new terrain — not only through fresh rituals and experiences, but through the place you now stand in your own life.

Every time a woman returns to retreat, she is able to drop even deeper into herself and her unfolding, touch more profoundly into her own wisdom, and receive the Medicine that is ready for her in that moment. The magic of this work is that I tune into the energy of the group, and what is being called forth reveals itself across the weekend. It is always magnificent to witness what unfolds in this sacred container — held by my facilitation, the collective energy of the circle, and the powerful embrace of the land itself.

We’ll walk sacred Country, participate in a Traditional Letting Go, bathe in nature, and lean into the collective wisdom of women who show up for themselves and each other. You’ll leave with more than memories: you’ll take home practices to stay connected to your body, your heart, and the divine wisdom that moves through you.

An invitation to return to yourself, to the truth beneath the noise, and embrace the power of the lineage of women who walked before you.

𝑾𝒉𝒚 𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝑹𝒆𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕, 𝑾𝒉𝒚 𝑵𝒐𝒘

In the noise of everyday life, we often lose touch with our authentic selves. The opinions of others and the demands of society shape our identity, pulling us away from our truth. This retreat offers sacred space to commune with yourself and attune to who you truly are.

𝑻𝒓𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑫𝒆𝒆𝒑𝒆𝒓 𝒀𝑬𝑺

Sometimes it's scary diving into something new. Life can feel so busy, demanding our time and resources, that it may never feel "like the right time." We absolutely need to trust our inner knowing—the core of everything I offer is designed to support you to live from this place in your life more and more.

However, sometimes it's hard to decipher inner knowing from fear or resistance to change. If you are unsure, reach out and I am happy to help you "feel in", without bias, as I want women on my retreats that are a fully body YES, not a NO. Yet sometimes our NO's are just a deep YES wrapped in layers of fear and conditioning.

Remember: We only experience something different in life when we move out of the same patterns of living.

When we remember and embody our truth, magic happens. We experience a sense of buoyancy, lightness, and expansion - a permission to show up fully as ourselves. This deep inner permissioning becomes so strong that external validation fades in importance, allowing us to:

· Live more freely and authentically

· Connect more deeply with our loved ones

· Release the need to change ourselves to fit in

· Invite love as our WHOLE self

𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝒂𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒓

During this sacred retreat, you will be:

  • Seen in your fullness
  • Given opportunities to express and be heard
  • Offered ample time to connect with yourself

𝑶𝒖𝒓 𝑺𝒂𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝑷𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒔

  • Our journey together will include:
  • A Letting Go Ceremony, that supports you to let go of anything that has been weighing on you or continues to distract you from your true nature.
  • Shamanic healing meditations
  • Biodanza movement practices
  • Self-connection and sensual embodiment
  • Nature-focused meditation and spiritual practices
  • practices to remember both your deeply Wild animal nature, and deeply expansive Spiritual nature
  • Family and system constellations to explore relationships with our inner child, our spirit, and our ancestral lineage.

This retreat is a homecoming for all parts of yourself - especially those you've shyed away from. It's through acknowledging and owning our wholeness that we can step into true presence and our holistic power as fully expressed women.

Weekends offerings

Across our four days together, you’ll move through a beautiful flow of experiences, each one designed to help you release what no longer serves, reclaim your life-force, and step forward with clarity and joy.

We begin on Friday after lunch with a gentle arrival into our retreat space — time to settle in, share afternoon tea, and open our circle with a beachside welcome ritual. We’ll explore the living thread between you and your ancestors, and begin to open to the transformation ahead. We explore our ancestral heritage through the lens of family and systemic constellation methods.

On Saturday, we rise with the sun for morning meditation and optional ocean swim, then gather in our temple space for wisdom eachings, deep sharing and a shamanic ancestral healing process — exploring the power of acknowleding yourself as a part of nature, a spiritual being in an animal body in this human life. In the afternoon, we enter into an ancient Letting Go Ceremony, harnessing the elements to deeply cleanse and renew body, mind, and spirit. The evening is for fireside connection and quiet integration under the stars.

Sunday invites us onto Sacred Country for a conscious pilgrimage up Guluga Mountain. We walk slowly, listening deeply to the land, pausing to listen to the land and our inner knowing, and sharing a picnic lunch at the summit. For those who choose to remain at camp, a personal reflection program will be provided for a restorative solo day. We close the evening with a communal dinner and storytelling around the fire.

On Monday, we gather in circle for a shamanic healing meditation to anchor the insights and shifts of the weekend, followed by a Biodanza session — conscious dance and movement to embody all you have received. Our final ritual weaves together your future intentions and your renewed connection to self, Spirit, and the women who have walked beside you.

There is spaciousness woven throughout the weekend for rest, reflection, and spontaneous moments of joy. Every process is offered within a gentle framework that honours both the group journey and your individual needs, allowing the retreat to unfold in harmony with the land, the season, and the women present.

Is this retreat suitable for me?

I welcome you to come and celebrate and be celebrated for all it is to be a woman. All my programs open a gentle, sacred and safe container for all women, of all ages, abilities, sexualities, faiths and beliefs and cultures. It is an invitation to join together to remember our similarities as women, to release anything that is holding you back, and rediscover more of your authentic nature and self expression. This is a perfect retreat for you if you wouls like to explore your womanhood on a deeper level.

Trauma informed

This is a trauma informed program, designed to give you freedom to choose and explore in a way that feels right for you:

Everything in this workshop is an invitation. The offerings are carefully designed to support you to explore yourself, your relationship to others, to your creativity and to life. If there are any experiences you do not wish to take part in, I will work with you to either support you to be involved in a way that feels good for you, and the group, or to find a different offering that feels nurturing for you in its place.

This retreat is accessible regardless of your physical ability. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss this.

Our Community

I believe that being a part of a strong and supportive community of women is a powerful foundation on the journey of self-discovery. Sharing stories, being seen and heard, witnessed, and witnessing other women’s journeys, validates who we are, and can give us strength on our journeys in the weird, wonderful and diverse experience that is Life.

This community offers weekly opportunities, and three monthly Re-Treats to connect with other women through meaningful and uplifting experiences, and social connection and community. When women come together as a group with a supportive intention, magic happens. Our community includes women from all walks of life. The diversity offers a rich tapestry of our humanity and womanhood, to celebrate, and learn more about ourselves as women.

YOUR ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS

Many guests bring their own camping setup.

Guests should know that the camp sites are unpowered, whilst I don’t encourage use of phones during the retreat, you should bring a car charger if you require.
