Sunday Space is a relaxing small group session for women to reconnect and realign. Held at my home in Duncraig I have created a calming space for you with comfy sensory props like cushions, soft blankets, and eye pillows.We will settle in with cacao or tea, oracle cards and essential oils and have a relaxed chat, reflect, journal, move gently and open into more alignment.There's no expectations, just a welcoming space to be yourself.We will then move into a soothing 40 min sound bath. The frequencies played with sound bowls allow your mind to switch off and your nervous system to relax for deep rest and restoration and integration.Please bring a water bottle, journal &amp; pen. I supply yoga mats, cushions and spare blankets for your use but feel free to bring your own mat, pillow or blanket for extra comfort.I look forward to having you join us.Love Ali
