Calm Your Mind. Reduce Stress. Think Clearly.

A practical 5-week course to calm your mind, regulate your nervous system, and build the skills to feel clearer, calmer, and more resilient in daily life.

When: Wed 20 May – Wed 17 Jun
Time: 6.30–8.00 pm (entry from 6.15 pm)
Where: Dickson College Library

If your mind feels busy, tense, or easily pulled into stress and overthinking, this course will give you simple, practical tools you can use every day to feel calmer and think more clearly.

Over 5 weeks, you’ll learn science-based techniques to reduce stress, settle your nervous system, and respond more effectively under pressure — not just in theory, but in real life.

What you’ll walk away with

  • A calmer, more regulated nervous system
  • Less overthinking and emotional reactivity
  • Better focus, clarity, and sleep
  • Practical tools you can use in real situations
  • Skills that continue to build beyond the course

Each session is interactive and practical, with tools you can apply immediately.

Why this matters

Most people think stress comes from being too busy. In reality, a major driver is ongoing nervous system over-activation (often called allostatic load).

When your system stays “on” for too long:

  • clarity drops
  • reactivity increases
  • sleep and energy suffer
  • small challenges feel harder than they should

This course helps you reduce that load and regain clarity, using an evidence-informed framework called Mind Intelligence™ — integrating Awareness, Regulation, Coherence, Mindset, and Growth.

What’s included

  • 5 guided, in-person sessions (small group)
  • Downloadable guided practices
  • Weekly handouts, structure, and support
  • Live HeartMath biofeedback demonstration (Week 4)
  • Money-back guarantee: attend all sessions and receive a full refund if you don’t find it helpful

Week-by-week overview

Week 1 – Foundations
Understanding your mind and nervous system + simple micro-resets

Week 2 – Regulation
Moving from reaction to more skilful response

Week 3 – Self-Management
Mind Intelligence™ skills and values-based alignment

Week 4 – Energy & Coherence
Stress physiology + live HeartMath biofeedback demonstration

Week 5 – Integration
Sustainable change and staying steady under pressure

Who this is for

  • Your mind feels busy and hard to switch off
  • You feel “on” much of the time
  • You want to feel calmer and think more clearly
  • You prefer a practical, science-based, non-religious approach

Why this course is different

This isn’t about trying to “think positive” or push through stress.

It’s about learning how to:

  • reduce nervous system over-activation
  • recover and regulate more effectively
  • build skills that make calm and clarity more accessible in everyday life
