Overview

Join renowned chefs Paul 'Yoda' Iskov of Fervor and Ben Tyler of Kakadu Kitchen for a delectable four-course dinner under the stars.

The evening begins with canapés and a welcome non-alcoholic drink designed by Ben Tyler. Guests are then invited to settle in for a four-course dégustation menu with expertly matched wines or non-alcoholic beverages interwoven with entertainment and stories of connection.

The evening's performer is Ego Lemos — a passionate environmental activist, songwriter, and educator whose music carries the spirit of his homeland. With performances spanning both national and international stages, including the APRA AMCOS Screen Music Awards in Sydney and the London 2012 Summer Olympics Festival, Ego brings a wealth of global experience.

Singing in his native language, Tetum, he invites you on an intimate journey through song — where heartfelt storytelling and soulful melodies come together in a moving musical experience.

We look forward to welcoming you to this unforgettable evening!
