What if I registered but cannot come?

If you booked a spot but can’t make it, please cancel your ticket as soon as you can so someone else can grab it. Our Town Hall classes are often at capacity and in high demand, so it really helps (and your future self will thank you too).

Question 2

I want to attend, but the classes are sold out

Accepted Answer

This venue has a strict 20-person limit, so please don’t come without a ticket. Check out our Darlinghurst venue. It fits 40+ people and it’s a short walk from the CBD. Last-minute cancellations do happen, so it’s worth checking the event page again on the day.

Question 3

When should I arrive?

We start letting people into the venue 15 minutes before class. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early, especially if it’s your first time. It gives us a moment to say hi, get you set up, and helps us start and finish on time.

Question 4

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

A water bottle is a must. Wear comfy workout clothes you can move in. A small towel is optional (but honestly, recommended). It can get sweaty.
