Designed to examine contract delivery from a supplier’s viewpoint, this workshop will explore a range of topics including:

  • legal terminology
  • preparing key criteria responses
  • understanding the importance of non-price criteria vs price
  • tips to help manage variations
  • where to look for current and upcoming tendering opportunities
  • how a contract ends.
