Join us for the Victorian Museum and Gallery Awards!
You are invited to attend the 2026 Victorian Museums and Galleries Awards. Please note that tickets are limited to 160, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
ABOUT THE AWARDS
The Victorian Museums and Galleries Awards recognise and celebrate excellence across the sector. They seek to reward presenting and collecting organisations and the individuals who support and strengthen Victoria’s creative and cultural industries through outstanding work and a commitment to best practice.
AMaGA Victoria and the Public Galleries Association of Victoria (PGAV) are thrilled to present the 2026 Victorian Museums and Galleries Awards. From groundbreaking exhibitions to community-driven initiatives, each nomination reflects the dedication and creativity shaping Victoria's cultural landscape.
This marks the 32nd year of the prestigious Awards. Since its inception, this annual event recognises outstanding achievements within the Victorian museum, gallery, and community collecting sector.
We look forward to celebrating with you at the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art (ACCA), hosted by Janty Blair, proud Butchulla Mununjhali Woppaburra woman, artist, comedian and playwright!
