Margaritaville is returning for round six, and this year we’re turning up the heat with more flavour, more fiestas, across two weekends (including the aussie day long weekend) giving you even MORE reasons to spend your week in the sunshine!

Wander the Margarita Cocktail Trail, enjoy a bottomless Latin feast at Servo, dine under the stars at our Laneway Dinner, shimmy at La Vibra, and—if you dare—take on Australia’s Spiciest Margarita with a limited-edition hot sauce from Dingo Sauce Co… muy picante!

Or if a slower pace is more your style, simply kick back in our sun-soaked beer gardens with a cold cerveza in hand. There’s something for every señor and señorita across the two weekends.

Sip your way through the long weekend on this self-guided cocktail adventure through leederville! you'll enjoy four unique takes on the margarita across four venues, plus your choice of mex-inspired food from the stalls of Central and Latin American markets, coastlines and cantinas.

Check in at the garden to receive your margaritaville passport - and then choose your own adventure, collecting stamps and cocktails at each bar. don't worry - all the venues are close neighbours, and you can stay as long or as little as you like at each!

Australia's Spiciest Margarita:

We’re teaming up with Dingo Sauce Co. (yep, the local legends you’ve seen featured on Hot Ones 👀) to create Australia's Spiciest Chilli Marg — concocted just for the festival.

The Marga-Reaper features Servo's in-house chilli agave, plus a dash of Dingo's Widow Maker sauce, described by Justin Timberlake as an 'everlasting gobstopper of hot sauce'. Packed with ghost pepper goodness, including the famous Carolina Reaper chillis, this drink packs a serious punch.

Not sure your spice tolerance is up for it? No stress — we’re pouring margaritas at multiple spice levels, so everyone can play at their own heat setting. There’ll als be milk on hand for anyone who needs a little… cooling off.
