This workshop is all about understanding your cycle from every level and using the natural intelligence within it.

Most women I see (of all ages) are stressed, burnout, anxious, exhausted and their hormones are suffering. They are experiencing varying levels of pain, PMS, fertility issues, acne, digestive upset, depression, low libido, anxiety and insomnia and nearly all of them suffer in silence and put it down to &#x27;just the burden of being a woman&quot;. Society conditioning around the female body and menstrual cycle has created shame and mistrust of women of our own nature. We have forgotten how intelligent our bodies truly are and how they are actually working for us not against us! After this workshop you will no longer feel like your cycle is a wave you get caught up in and thrown about by each month. You will actually learn how to use it to your advantage within every aspect of your life including; socialising, relationship, work, exercise, food and business. Through no fault of their own, most women I see have no idea how their body actually works and are often completely numb to the whole process. Many also suffer extreme symptoms like PMS, extreme pain, bloating, acne, depression, anxiety, headaches and discomfort.These extreme symptoms are not actually normal! Through this workshop, you will gain a deeper understanding of how your cycle actually works. I will teach you what is actually happening with your hormones levels and why you feel the way you do week to week. We will also dive into how this affects you from an emotional and psychological level, how this all weaves together and most importantly WHY!We will also talk about what is happening during different phases of your life, from your teenage years, into motherhood, what happens postpartum and what is really happening when you go through menopause.You will learn how to work within these phases rather then against them, through every stage of your life.
