Do you know a creative young mind who wants to create wearable art, but doesn’t know where to begin?

Join artist, Jodie Davidson, in a 2 hour workshop exploring the development of ideas and inspiration to build your own wearable art garment. Participants will get the opportunity to put their creative minds and hands to work, building a mini prototype out of easily sourced materials to further understand construction, joining methods and stability. A mini catwalk will be provided for an afternoon display of designs during the 2021 Wearable Art Mandurah Showcase – Relaxed Performance.

Jodie Davidson is a skilled wearable art designer and facilitator and has participated in Wearable Art Mandurah as a 2017 Wearable Art finalist, 2018 Wearable Art Whispers Project Designer, Headpiece Challenge Youth Coordinator and 2021 Youth and Tertiary Coordinator.
