This online event is open to all researchers across NSW (and beyond!) with the aim of opening pathways into modern digital research, promoting digital literacy and upskilling researchers in digital research tools and techniques.ResBaz is particularly aimed at those new to digital research tools.

This workshop is part of the <a href="https://resbaz.github.io/resbaz2021/sydney/program/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">ResBaz Sydney 2021 program</a>. Please make sure you also complete your <a href="https://resbazsydney2021.eventbrite.com.au/">general ticket registration</a> for the talks and hacky hour program.In this workshop we will be exploring and discussing methods for active data management. Participants will become familiar with the CloudStor interface and its associated tools and services for managing active research data, including SWAN, a cloud service for interactive data analysis using Jupyter Notebooks.Join us to learn how to organise, maintain, store and analyse active data, and understand safe and secure ways of sharing and storing data.
