Council has begun implementing the actions of the adopted Lake Macquarie Housing Strategy.
A proposal to facilitate and support infill housing and housing diversity in residential zones close to economic centres is now on exhibition.
This session will provide an opportunity for the community to meet with Council staff and ask any questions about the documents on exhibition. It will include a short 15 min. presentation, followed by question time.

The draft planning proposal and Development Control Plan amendments are public exhibition until 1 November 2021.
