Join us for a morning of cooking, snacking and storytelling with Siham and Justine of Dayaa School and Kitchen.Learn to make Lebanese Saaj flatbread, hear stories of the village it comes from, and enjoy delicious treats prepared by Siham and Justine.Dayaa School and Kitchen is a cooking school devoted to reviving ancestral Lebanese recipes that are being lost with displacement. “Dayaa” means “village” in Arabic, and through these classes, they weave history, hands-on learning, and the joy of gathering.
