Nadia is the founder of Tantric Life Coaching, a holistic wellness practice specialising in Tantric Life Coaching, Tantra, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Inner Child Work and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage. Nadia is passionate about empowering individuals with emotional release techniques, self-regulation, restorative integration, and tantric practices so that we might know ourselves to be the sovereign Source of our own energy, love, healing, creativity, and bliss.  Born in Hong Kong and raised in the US, Nadia has been trained and certified in Lomi Lomi Massage on the Big Island of Hawaii with Harry Uhane Jim as well as with various Heartworks/Kahuna teachers in Australia. She has practiced conscious sexuality since 2011 and is a certified Practitioner of Tantra and Chinese An Mo Tantric Massage with the Sanctuary of Ananda.  As an Embodied Life Coach who specialises in Inner Child Work for developmental trauma, Nadia leverages her own lived experiences, her deeply intuitive approach, and her empathic understanding of the human psyche and soma to tailor tried-and-true self-actualization and healing practices to the needs of each individual. It’s not about doing it "right."It’s about discovering what truly resonates with you—your breath, your yes, your no, your rhythm, your sensuality.🌺 A Sanctuary of Exploration, Intimacy, and TruthYou’ll be guided through practices that invite you back into your own inner knowing.From grounding rituals and mirror work to movement, nervous system attunement, and sacred tantric ceremony—each element is designed to gently restore your relationship with your body and your own touch.You’ll also be introduced to the art of Yoni Massage—not as a goal-oriented act, but as a devotional, healing ritual that honours your body as sacred.A ritual many women don’t even know they deserve.Because so many of us have never experienced what it means to be touched gently…With presence…With reverence.As part of the workshop, there will be a live yoni massage demonstration—held with the utmost care, consent, and integrity. This is an opportunity to witness the practice in a safe, educational context. There is no requirement to participate—this space is always guided by personal sovereignty and choice.The final two hours of the day will be open, spacious, and entirely optional. You’ll be invited to follow what resonates most deeply for you—whether that’s exploring this sacred touch with a practice partner, dancing freely, journaling, resting, or simply sitting in meditation. Nothing is expected. Everything is optional.This workshop is about education, embodiment, and exploration—not erotic exchange. Nadia NaussThe Embodied Practitioner Nadia Nauss is a Tantric Life Coach who specialises in creating mystical experiences through embodied practices from the Taoist Tantra as well as healing developmental trauma through Inner Child Work and Aspecting with Archetypes. Born in Hong Kong and raised in the US, Nadia has practiced yoga since 2008, sacred sexuality since 2011, and open-relating/ethical non-monogamy since 2019. She is a certified Practitioner of Tantra and Chinese An Mo Tantric Massage with the Sanctuary of Ananda and a much-respected teacher in the Sydney tantra community. She has also trained in Lomi Lomi massage on the Big Island of Hawaii with Harry Uhane Jim as well as with other Heartworks/Kahuna bodywork teachers. Nadia is a former US Navy officer, a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and a Senior Yoga Teacher and Woke Yoga Academy faculty member with 1000+ hours in trauma-informed yoga training.
