Virtual Education Sessions

On the second Saturday of each month, Scleroderma Victoria run a Virtual Education Session.  We are conducting Virtual Education Session to reach all our members across the state and it is run by committee members of Scleroderma Victoria.

This month we will be discussing 'Dealing with Dry Eyes'Join us for our October Virtual Education Session with guest Speaker Dr Georgia Cleary.Georgia received her undergraduate medical degree from the University of Western Australia, and has completed two advanced fellowships at the internationally renowned Moorfields Eye Hospital, London and then the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital, Melbourne. Georgia qualified as a specialist ophthalmologist in London after 6 years of training within the London Specialty School of Ophthalmology. During her training she was awarded the Royal College of Ophthalmologists Crombie medal.Georgia holds a PhD from the University of Western Australia, in collaboration with Kings College London and St. Thomas’ Hospital, London where her research in cataract surgery and intraocular lens design was undertaken. Her work from this thesis was awarded numerous prizes at conferences in the UK, Europe and the USA.
