We invite you to hit pause on your daily responsibilies and reconnect with nature, movement &amp; yourself. You don&#x27;t always need (or can) drop everything for days at time, and that&#x27;s ok, because just 3 hrs away moving and relaxing in a beautiful setting can be enough to replenish and soothe your mind and body. Calm your nervous system, create ‘space’ and restore balance. Your experience includes:&gt;A short and gentle morning beach walk starting from Noosa Spit. From here we&#x27;ll make our way to Sensaura. &gt; Led by <a href="https://reminded.com.au/move-studio/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Reminded</a> you&#x27;ll join a 45 minute movement class followed by some post class reflection time. Our modalities are a fusion of physical movement and mind restoration, where we move our body to move our mind. Better experienced than explained, these classes are like no fitness modality you’ve ever tried, because this is not fitness, this is movement and mind health, sitting within a body positive framework.&gt;A Light Breakfast with Local Produce for you to enjoy after class.
