DURATION: 90minSTYLE: Hatha, a hold of poses.Generally speaking, Hatha Yoga is a hold of poses. You can be a active or as gentle as you like with a Hatha class. The important thing to remember is to always listen to your body. Poses will range from lying, seated and standing. This class is suited for the Novice right up to the advanced. All levels are welcome. Limit of 20 students in the studio.This Nude class is for all those who identify as male, irrespective of sexuality, shape, age, and experience.You may need a mat, blankets, yoga blocks and strap if you have one. We provide all of this in the studio, but it is advised you bring your own mat and towel for hygiene reasons. If you need one, please txt me directly.
