Meditation is the process of getting to know your own mind and has many well-known proven benefits, including improved concentration and attention, increased self-awareness and emotional well-being.Join Michael and Virginia from Limestone Coast Meditation Association as they guide you through a blissful 45 minute meditation in City Hall.No experience necessary.Suitable for ages 13+ (under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult).Gold coin donation on the day, supporting the Limestone Coast Meditation Association.
