What do we do in the face of a global pandemic that seems ongoing and unrelenting? How do we maintain emotional stability and a sense of connectedness when the world seems out of control? These trying times can leave us feeling emotionally burnout. She is a co-founding committee member of Mitra Youth Buddhist Network and a co-founding committee member and current acting president of Australasian Association of Buddhist Counsellors and Psychotherapists. She has served as past president of MacBuddhi-Macquarie University Buddhist Society and is the Secretary of the International Buddhist Cham Shan Temple of Australia. During her masters degree, she completed her thesis on the efficacy of Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction as a treatment for stress, depression and anxiety.
