$260 Million of Business Grants available- learn the tips and tricks that successful grant recipients use to secure funding

A funding package of $260 Million will be available from the Queensland Government in the coming weeks for eligible small and medium sized businesses impacted by the lockdown. Ipswich City Council supported by our regions Chamber of Commerce's wants to ensure as many local businesses are granted this funding as possible, so this session is for you to find out more about what you need to supply, your eligibility and how to apply. This session will cover:<ul><li>Key facts about this grant</li><li>What to prepare for your submission</li><li>Tips and tricks used by successful grant writers</li></ul>Previous funding provided by state government has been exhausted quickly, so get everything prepared in advance to increase your chances. The session will run from 10.30am- 11.15am and will include a Q and A portion. This will be a free online event open to all local businesses. Register to receive the online event link.

About the presenter Toni Raso from A Better Bid helps business owners make sense of the grant and tender process. Since opening her business in January 2018, Toni has helped dozens of companies understand how to look for opportunities, decide what's worth applying for, and what strategies and techniques to use when writing the response. She's written hundreds of submissions for her clients, with many choosing her to create the compelling responses they need when seeking funding.

Toni is an Ipswich local, choosing to settle here in 2004 with her husband. She provides personal services to one cat, and when not working, can be found reading, cooking, and sharing food, wine, and laughter with friends
