Did you know Ipswich City Council procurement processes changed in 2020 to encourage more local businesses to register their interest and supply goods and services to Council? But what does that mean for your business? And how do you respond to a request to quote?<h3>The main objectives for this workshop are for you to:</h3>Learn how to respond to a tender-<ol><li>How do I apply?</li><li>How to reduce timein lodging my application?</li><li>What I should and should not say in my application?</li><li>What do I need to give Council when I apply?</li></ol>Learn What happens after you&#x27;ve responses-<ol><li>What are the next steps?</li><li>What to do when I will a contract?</li></ol>This session is the second part of Council&#x27;s Procurement series designed to help Ipswich Small and Medium Businesses to supply to Council. About the Presenter- Toni RasoToni Raso from A Better Bid helps business owners make sense of the grant and tender process. Since opening her business in January 2018, Toni has helped dozens of companies understand how to look for opportunities, decide what&#x27;s worth applying for, and what strategies and techniques to use when writing the response. She&#x27;s written hundreds of submissions for her clients, with many choosing her to create the compelling responses they need when seeking funding.Toni is an Ipswich local, choosing to settle here in 2004 with her husband.
