When a client suspects that her mother is being subjected to elder abuse at a Chilean retirement home, private investigator Rómulo sets out to recruit someone to infiltrate the community and investigate the claims. 
That someone ends up being Sergio, a widower who is closer to 83 than 007. His charming demeanour sees him immediately welcomed by the residents (particularly the women), but he is far from adept at utilising the high-tech gadgetry that Rómulo equips him with. Despite his fumbled attempts to gather information, his mission soon ends up yielding real – and unexpected – results.
