ANU Enterprise works behind the scenes to maximise the impact of research findings of the Australian National University, on the world.We enable researchers to generate and deliver consulting, contract research and executive education projects.For example, we work with industry and government, by providing business development and project management support services for researchers.Above all, our services enable researchers to focus on their area of expertise and the delivery of societal impact.

This information session introduces how to set up a project for success. We will examine short term, long term and ongoing projects, complex and straightforward arrangements. We provide tips on receiving help running, administering, staff and budgeting for your project for ANU.This workshop will cover:•	Professional project management techniques•	Relationship management•	Managing time frames and budgets•	Managing administrative and logistical aspects•	Risk &amp; compliance•	Financial reporting, and •	Milestone reporting.
