When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes before the session begins to allow time for check-in and to settle in comfortably. Please note that we start promptly at the scheduled time, and the door will be closed once the session begins. Late entry won’t be possible to maintain a peaceful experience.

What should I bring?

Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle, along with your intention for positive change. We’ll provide a yoga mat and eye pillow for each attendee. For extra comfort, feel free to bring your own pillow and blanket.

What is the experience about?

This sound healing session offers a relaxing sound bath experience designed to reduce stress, balance your energy, uplift your mood, improve sleep, ease pain, release blockages and spark greater awareness and creativity.

Are there any precautions I need to be aware of?

Please note: Sound baths may not be suitable for everyone. Individuals with epilepsy, metal implants, PTSD, skin conditions, pregnancy, or those under 18 should avoid attending. By booking, you confirm that none of these conditions apply to you. If unsure, please reach out to us before the session.

What should I do during the session?

During the session, please switch off or silence your mobile device and avoid talking to maintain a peaceful and undisturbed environment. Other than that, relax to enjoy the South Bath.

Question 6

What if I need to take a break?

Accepted Answer

The session runs continuously for one hour, but if you need a break, you're welcome to quietly move to the back or use the bathroom inside the venue. A chair is also available if sitting or lying on the floor becomes uncomfortable.

Question 7

Can I be refunded or transfer my ticket to someone else?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can. Please notify us at least 72 hours before the event start time for a refund. If you're unable to make it within 72 hours, you're welcome to find a replacement person to attend in your place.
