<p>Change is a constantl in life yet at times we can feel overwhelmed and lost. Bringing a higher spiritual viewpoint to life's turning points can help us flow confidently with the changes and stay open to new opportunities.</p><p> This program offers opportunities for you to share your insights and experiences, experiment with spiritual exercises to expand your spiritual awareness and discover tips and tools to navigate change with grace and confidence. You are Soul, a divine being, here in the school of life, learning about divine love.</p>

Agenda

Introduction and Welcome, then experience a HU chant and quiet contemplation. Next we move into small group discussion, Exploring Graceful Living.  This is followed by an interactive workshop: Spiritual Self-Confidence - key to graceful living in times of change. Guests are then welcome to stay for refreshments and fellowship.
