Do I have to book a ticket for all events?

Accepted Answer

You must book a General Entry ticket and a ticket for the events you wish to do. As some events occur simultaneously, please book only one event in each time slot. Junior or Cadet Rangers should be booked into the JR or CR sessions. Drop-in stations or unticketed events do not require bookings.

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Wear clothes and covered shoes suitable for bushwalking, and bring a hat, a water bottle, sunscreen, a picnic lunch and your good humour and love of the outdoors.

Is there parking at the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but public carparks do fill up quickly so be sure to arrive early.

What happens if there is an emergency?

Staff/volunteers have first aid kits in the unlikely event of an emergency. Parents/caregivers, must complete the photographic consent and medical information form, and provide emergency contact details by completing the online form at https://forms.monday.com/forms/da09a84cc462902d06763b84890bb508

Where are the amenities located?

Accepted Answer

Toilets are available near the main picnic areas and trail hub, including accessible facilities connected by wide concrete paths.

What food and drink options are available?

Accepted Answer

Please bring a picnic lunch and water, as there are no cafés on site. We will provide some light snacks, but feel free to pack your family’s favourites. There are plenty of picnic tables and shaded spots to enjoy your food.
