South Eastern Community Connect (SECC) is a community centre just for YOU.We run Supported Playgroups in a big, friendly hall opposite Mascot Memorial Park.We also host groups in Kensington Park, Zetland and Eastlakes.We also host courses to help parents, as well as programs for people from all walks of life.Our services are available toallpeople in the LGAs of Botany Bay, Port Botany, Mascot, Randwick, Woollahra, Waverley, and City of Sydney.SECC is managed by a voluntary board of directors made up of local community members and services. Mamas and their Babies 0-18months old are welcome to our Mothers Circle on Tuesdays

PLEASE NOTE: Although we generally gather in person, due to current COVID restrictions our Mothers Circle has moved online to a Zoom platform. Please sign up as usual and we will send out the meeting link on the day! While it is online, we open this circle to mothers with children of any age (usually just for mothers with babies 0-18months!Our Community Mothers Group is a held women’s sharing circle for new mothers’ wellbeing. As much as it is about the natural “baby talk” challenges and questions that can arise, this is also a space for deeper emotional, social and mental support for growing mothers. A nourishing invitation mother to:-	Socialise and connect with other mothers-	Learn and share experiences within a safe framework for expressing honestly whilst holding space for diversity -	Empower mothers with exposure to different options to build the confidence to mother in their own right way -	Have access to referral information and support services if neededSessions are free. We also have an optional whatsapp group where weekly grounding practices, reflective questions and baby sensory ideas are shared. Enquire for more info. WHAT: Each week we will engage in a guided share and open discussion focused on womens physical, emotional and mental health. WHERE: Currently we are meeting ONLINE on Zoom. When COVID restrictions lift we hope to return back to meeting at in the SECC Hub garden at 1007 Botany Rd, Mascot.
